This Cancellations and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which AlgoFlux Technologies handles cancellations, refunds, and related requests for our premium TradingView indicators and digital services.
By subscribing or purchasing any service on AlgoFluxIndicator.com, you agree to the following terms.
❌ Cancellations
Digital Products (Indicators & Tools)
- As all our products (like SwingX Pro by AlgoFlux) are digitally delivered with instant or manual access, cancellations are not allowed once access is granted.
- If you haven’t received access yet, you may request cancellation within 6 hours of payment by contacting us at support@algofluxindicator.com
💰 Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of our digital services. However, refunds may be issued in the following exceptional cases:
✅ Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate Payment
- If you’ve been charged more than once for the same product.
- Non-Delivery
- If you do not receive access to the purchased product within 72 hours, and our support team fails to respond within 72 hours.
- Technical Errors on Our End
- If there is a confirmed issue preventing access due to our internal system failures (not related to TradingView, user errors, or connectivity issues).
❎ Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You expected features not listed on the product page.
- You failed to provide your TradingView username for access.
- You were unsatisfied with trading results or strategy outcomes.
- You violated our Terms and Conditions or shared your access with others.
🔄 Subscription Renewals
- All subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once renewed.
- It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
📧 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under valid conditions, email us with:
- Full Name
- Payment Proof / Transaction ID
- TradingView Username
- Reason for Refund

⚖️ Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to reach out to our support team first. If a solution cannot be reached, all disputes will be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
